During this crisis our plans will be changing regularly. Our intention is to carry on meeting the needs of people in food crisis for as long as possible. We will continue to work with the voucher system, issued by our agencies. It may not be a face to face meeting, but you will need to have a conversation with them so they can assess whether you meet the criteria to receive a voucher. Unfortunately, we may not be able to support those who can’t get certain foods because the shops do not have them or can’t get to the shops due to isolation. There are community groups who can offer help with this in all areas of our district. Please see press, radio and social media for details.
During the week beginning Monday 23rd March, we expect each of our distribution centres to be open as usual. See other parts of our website for opening times. The process at these centres will be different to usual, but we are taking precautions to protect both visitors and volunteers. Please do not visit if you are unwell.
